RZ MSP – (RedZone Managed Services Programs)
As a Managed Services Provider (MSP) providing RZ MSP Programs to our clients, we
have developed programs that provide proactive IT management and Compliance Solutions
for our clients. Here is a listing of these programs. Our most popular MSP support
program, RZ CORE 360°, is one in which RedZone is contracted to be a technology partner of the
organization in several areas. The RedZone Special Projects Group (SPG) designs
a custom management and support program that covers all day to day management of
technology needs coupled with compliance requirements that arise from the NCUA.
RedZone acts as a ‘stand in’ staff member for all NCUA and HIPPA audits and screenings.
This program as well as the rest of our managed services are described below.

MBSA
- The Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer (MBSA) is a software tool released by Microsoft to help analyze security problems in Microsoft products, namely, Windows, Windows components such as the IIS web server application, Microsoft SQL Server, etc.

- With Active Directory Group Policy all workstations are set to automatically update critical security patches via Windows Update during "off" hours
