Mission
Our passion is to solve customer problems. We offer clients a vision for building
their networks correctly over a multi-year budget planning process. We give them
a belief that they can incorporate compliance into their networks affordably. RedZone
is a beacon of light in a confusing maze of technical and compliance
requirements that are forced on them from regulators and auditors. We offers customers that are
either highly regulated, complex, or both
the ability to continue to compete and grow and focus on their core business without the worry of their members,
clients, patients and customers being at risk.
Customers For Life
In order to handle complexity and regulation with our clients that are not always
staffed to support and handle the ever-changing IT landscape, RedZone develops multi-year advisory relationships with our clients. Our business relationships span budget
cycles over several years because we believe that one can’t make progress in today’s
complex and compliance focused environment without the consistency of a strategy
and program which is carried out over several budget cycles. RedZone is used by our customers to help them develop
multi-year planning roadmaps for IT initiatives and regulatory compliance initiatives; or to help fulfill a role in executing and
integrating one that has been developed.
Delivering on Promises
It can be a challenge to deliver on promises, but we are uncompromising on this
intent. RedZone
delivers on promises three ways:We have tightly integrated project teams, we don’t rely on ‘top guns’ which never
works out long term due to the reality of being beholden to individuals versus a
company. By blending knowledge and expertise across a technical team we can leverage
Tier 1 to Tier 3 talent very quickly resolve issues.
- We have a proven methodology that works every time. Our methodology is based on
assessments first before action. We rarely charge into complex environments without
rigorously assessing the situation first. This approach costs more up front but
reduces cost and eliminates mistakes and misfiring further down the project line.
- Simple follow-up and follow-through on all details is a cornerstone of RedZone success.
Smart technologists alone doesn’t guarantee project success. The intent to follow-up
and follow-through on MSP and Project details ultimately is the bond that establishes
the long term trust from RedZone that we strive for.
